Poor Tom’s Gin was co-founded by two friends, Griffin and Jesse. A couple of years ago we started making gin on our kitchen table in Sydney’s Inner West. Since then, we’ve spent our savings on a 200 litre German copper still, Jane, and started distilling in a little warehouse up the road. We gathered a crew of wise locals and invited one of Australia’s most experienced gin distillers, Marcel Thompson, to join our team, and Poor Toms Gin was born!
Our Sydney Dry Gin is handcrafted in small batches from Australian wheat spirit and features fresh green apple, native strawberry gum-leaf, and chamomile.
