Margaux

The elegant 18th century manor house is located behind majestic gates made of pink marble and is the centre of Desmirail operations. The Lurton family are current owners with Denis taking over from his father in 1992. The average age of the vines is 25 years and consist of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc and the 30 ha of vines are in three parcels within the Margaux appellation.
