Mount Horrocks

Clare Valley

Red 5 Star Rated Winery – By James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion

Mount Horrocks Wines is operated by proprietor/winemaker Stephanie Toole, who restricts production to approximately
3,000 cases per annum to achieve her aims of quality and single vineyard expression. Stephanie carefully crafts her wines,
which she describes as “essentially handmade food wines with emphasis on structure as well as generous fruit flavours”.
All grapes are handpicked, and only the finest French oak is used for those wines spending time in barrel.

All Mount Horrocks wines are single vineyard, estate-grown, 100% Australian Certified Organic (ACO), with the least interference possible in the vineyard and the winery. Mount Horrocks rarely need to irrigate, and yields are extremely low.
