Mitolo

5 Star Rated Winery – By James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion 2018

Mitolo Wines is a family owned business, borne of and led by the founder and owner Frank Mitolo whose
vision is to create a range of wines of individuality, integrity and utmost quality. Frank’s passion for wine
led him to making his own wine on a small scale for six years before deciding to establish Mitolo Wines in
1999. In 2000 Frank formed a partnership with friend, Ben Glaetzer, with the goal of making wines that are
the ultimate expression of McLaren Vale’s rich provenance of soils and climate.

“In my life it’s all about family and friends. A table, served with food and wine made with passion and love.
This is the essence of Mitolo” – Frank Mitolo
