History

Fine Wine Wholesalers commenced in 1987 as a partnership and became a Pty Ltd company in December 1992. It is wholly owned by Ross and Ronnie Lawrence, both Perth born and spent most of their working lives in the liquor industry in restaurants, the retail trade and wine wholesaling in Western Australia.

We see ourselves not just as a wholesaler but as an extension of the wineries we represent.  We educate and encourage our staff to portray this image.  Our business is very much dedicated to the premium end of the market and brands with the ability to sustain their share of restaurant sales have been chosen, or acquired for our portfolio with that in mind.

The Company

Fine Wine Wholesalers owns its own warehouse and office in Kardinya, 13 kilometres from the Perth CBD. An area of the warehouse is temperature controlled where the more premium wines are housed. We have total control of our wine from receival off suppliers trucks to loading onto couriers vehicles for delivery to our customers. This control is important we are able to ensure our premium wines are maintained in the best condition we can offer.
